At Dis Netjies, every order is created with love, care, and attention to detail. Many of our products are handmade and personalized especially for you, and we want you to love every purchase you receive.

Because many of our products are custom-made, our returns policy is a little different from that of larger retailers.

Personalized Products

All personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we have made an error with your order.

Please take a moment to carefully review all names, spelling, dates, colours, and personalization details before placing your order, as your items will be created exactly as submitted.

Non-Personalized Products

If you've purchased a non-personalized item and you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in every item we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos of the product and its packaging

We'll investigate the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

As many of our products are handmade to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production has started.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
